I told my students I would post my favorite Rembrandt painting. Rembrandt painted this self portrait when he was only twenty three years old. Many years ago I had the opportunity to view this small painting in person. His genius was so inspiring, so profound. I have never been the same. Thank you Rembrandt for this great selfie.
